This policy explains which personal data are processed through this website, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

What data we process and why

The website has no forms and no customer area. The only data processed are those you give us when you book or ask something by phone or WhatsApp: your name, your phone number and the details of the booking or question.

If you message us on WhatsApp, the conversation goes through that service, run by WhatsApp Ireland Limited (Meta), which processes data under its own privacy policy.

They are used only to manage your booking or answer your question. We do not send marketing messages or build profiles.

Legal basis

The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, that is, handling the booking or question you start yourself (Article 6.1.b GDPR).

Retention

Data are kept for as long as needed to handle the booking or question and, after that, for the periods required by law.

Recipients

No data are passed to third parties unless the law requires it.

Visit statistics

The website counts visits anonymously and in aggregate, with its own tool hosted on the same server. It uses no cookies and stores nothing on your device, does not store your IP address and cannot identify you. Detailed logs are deleted after two days and totals are kept for up to 25 months.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to the owner at their postal address or at the restaurant itself. If you believe your data are not being handled properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
